Each summer, we pet owners find ways to keep our four-legged fur balls cool and comfortable. Oscillating fans. Ice cubes. Watermelon. But our favorite way involves a super simple recipe you can whip up with just a few ingredients.
Recipe
1 cup xylitol-free peanut butter 1 cup chopped strawberries (or any dog-friendly fruit... no grapes!) 2 tbs flaxseeds 2 cups water
Directions
1. Mix ingredients well and pour into a bundt cake pan.
2. Freeze for 4-6 hours.
Friendly hint: if the ice ring gets stuck in the cake pan when you’re trying to remove it, just run a little hot water over the top.
