Replacements And Returns

The SmartFeeder comes with a one year limited warranty. Your warranty covers a replacement product or of the same value or replacement parts available. If you are the original purchaser of the product, and you are not satisfied with this product for any reason, you may return it in its original condition within thirty (30) days of the original purchase and receive a full refund. Refunds are processed once the product has been returned. Please allow 5- 10 business days for the refund to show in your account of purchase.

Customer Success will contact any customer for returned packages that include; accessive aesthetic damages previously not mentioned, incorrect product, empty shipments.

Customers will not be able to request more than one replacement within warranty until the prior replacement has been shipped back. Refusal to return a product for a replacement after a new product has been delivered may result in having the original product disabled.
