Why Isn't My Smartbowl Charging?
To check for charging issues, first remove the metal tray from your SmartBowl. Turn the bowl off, then back on, and plug the Micro-USB cord directly into the back of the bowl. Once the bowl is plugged in and powered on, your app should show “SmartBowl Online” and your battery percentage should increase as it charges.
