How Do I Stop A Feeding In Progress?

You may have accidentally set a feed for too much and you've noticed while food is still being dispensed. If this happens we have some tips for you.

  • While the food is being dispensed press the Manual Feed button on the Feeder Base - this will cancel a feed that’s in progress.
  • If you are using a SmartFeeder (1st Generation) and you are experiencing ongoing feeds, please remove the bowl from the Feeder Base and contact our Support Team.
