I Forgot My Account Password
There are a few ways to reset your password for your account in case you should ever forget.
Click here to reset your password.
Enter your Petnet account Email and press Send Reset Email.
You will be sent a link to your email to reset your password. It may take up to 10 minutes to arrive in your inbox. If you are still having trouble locating your reset email please check your spam folder.
Once you receive the reset password email, press the Reset Password link.
You will now have to choose a new password. Please ensure that your password is at least 8 characters.
Press Reset Password when you are complete.
If you have made multiple attempts to reset, please ensure that you are opening the most recent email that has been sent by Petnet.
You have the option to press Forgot Password link located on the bottom left corner of the Petnet app login screen.
